Sim Siff founded SIM Recruiting to bring something different to the hiring process — an insider's HR perspective combined with a genuine care for both companies and candidates. With 10+ years of experience in the HR field, a Master's in Human Resources Development, and SHRM certification, Sim has built recruiting strategies, coached hiring leaders, and placed talent across functions and industries.
His career spans a wide range of industries — from manufacturing and HR outsourcing to healthcare and law firms — giving him a uniquely versatile lens on how great teams are built across very different worlds.
